Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the rights and procedures for cancellations.
Cancellations are possible if requested prior to my beginning work on the order. Cancellations will not be accepted after work begins; you will lose your right of withdrawal upon the contracted work being performed per your prior express consent.
If you wish to cancel, you must either utilize the cancellation form below on this page, or send an email using the business email address on your confirmation email.
If a cancellation occurs due to a fault with the website, the full amount will be refunded, as the website is the responsibility of Clairvoyant Sovereignty.
If a cancellation occurs due to customer discretion, the amount refunded will not include the payment transfer fees that were taken by the payment vendor. Those are taken by the vendor even when orders are cancelled. Customer discretion cancellations are the customer's responsibility, so the customer will still pay the vendor fee in this instance.
If a cancellation occurs because I've begun the contracted work and discovered that the client has requested a working that infringes on the free will of another, there will be no refund, as I have begun the working (contracted work being performed per your prior express consent) and the request was in violation of my terms. I will endeavor to adjust the working to something similar that does not infringe upon the free will of another, but may have to simply not do the working at all. You have been warned.
